This was our anniversary and the first time at Ophelia's. The view was wonderful of the bay even though we chose to sit inside. We were greeted by our server who wished us a happy anniversary. Our meals were fabulous. I had the seared tuna and my husband had the black grouper. Both were prepared exquisitely. Then we were pleasantly surprised with two glass of champagne. Service with a smile and a meal that left us begging for a quick return.

The atmosphere is low keyc cozy, but authentic and The food is exceptional. We are New Yorkers and know good Italian cuisine. The owner is warm and generous and knows how to treat his customers. Two thumbs up!!

Dinner time is for families and older couples. We usually go for lunch-they have an excellent lunch buffet, too. The food was super. I had pasta primavera and have never seen so many veggies! Everything from broccoli d'rabe to artichokes, carrots, regular broccoli, cauliflower, etc. Husband had penne with Italian sausage, broccoli d'rabe and penne pasta. He said the sausage tasted homemade. Also the rustic garlic bread is to die for. Only reason I didn't give excellent rating is the décor is a little rustic, also. We will definitely be back.

This place has excellent lunch catering for offices. Food is amazing . We get lots of catering meals at our doctor office and they are my favorite. Big tasty crusty sandwiches stuffed with everything . Dining in experience is good for college crowd. Friendly. Smalll

While waiting for our food to be prepared, we were invited to partake of the all you can eat buffet for hors d'oeuvres at no cost to us. The spread was delicious, as was the food!

Food was wonderful. Fried calamari tender and nicely coated. The owner suggested we get the sandwiches as that is their best menu item. They were large and delicious. He was very amenible to anything we wanted that wasn't on menu.Don't recommend going if you are in a rush, but then we never spoke up about that as we were enjoying the group we were with.

Greeted pleasantly as we walked in and given a menu to select our meal, we were pleased from the start. Not a fancy place, very basic. The pizzas were delicious and the gluten free option was a real treat. We will return to try other menu items and more gluten free offerings.

No real table service, it's basically "help yourself", but food is very good. Wish they had "real" plates, and not plastic and styrofoam, but this probably goes along with the fact that they don't have true waiter service. Food itself has generous proportions and reasonable prices. Service was slow, but that may have been because we were a party of 6.

Didn't like hot dinner food on plastic, paper & tin take-out plates & cups no matter how casual a place it is! Picatta and Francese sauces were terribly watery. Tomato sauce (for calamari & for shrimp parm)was bitter! Shrimps were the frozen kind. The calamari w. cornmeal breading was good. Salads were excellent, very fresh & plentiful! Soups were fresh and very tasty! Mgr. was helpful & congenial!

IT wasn't easy to find and when we walked in, there wasn't any service to speak of. It looked like two people were cooking and one person was running around trying to serve and help customers. We took it upon ourselves to set up the table and help with food service.

Talia's is more of a take out place than a restaurant.While they do not have waiter services they did bring my order to the table as it was near closing time. The personnel were extremely personable. The food was fresh a excellent tasting. The prices are extremely reasonable. They even have Miller Lite Draft for a $1 a glass. No glitter or fancy amenities just home cooked. food.

Don't be put off by the casual decor. The food at Talias is equal to any Italian restaurant both in Italy and the U.S.. A hidden gem of a restaurant whose delectable cuisine will not be hidden for long. We can't wait to return.

Interesting place. The restaurant was a bit run down but the food made up for it. We went dinner time and we did not have a waitress serving us but picked up the meal at the counter when ready. I would go back because we really enjoyed our meals.

This was a Self-service Pizza place. The sandwiches we ordered were pretty good, but the hot meals were very small for the price and only fair. I would not return unless we were with more than 2 people (and then only for pizza or sandwiches) because for a $25 certificate you must spend at least $35.

This place serves the worst food on plastic plates. The presentation was awful and the person behind the counter was rather rough. The food looked like slop and we left most of the meal behind. I cannot in good faith suggest that anyone go here.

There is no table service at all, so I was annoyed when a 15% tip was automatically charged to my bill. Diners order at a counter, get their own drink, pick up order, and clear table. In this type of situation, there is no justification for a tip.

The owner waited on us, told us that he was going to charge us $6.00 gratuity charge and we excepted this even thou it is a line that you stand in to order your meal. we ordered 3 sandwiches 2 cold and one hot, i had to stand in line again to get my sandwich and it was stone cold. it was not an experience that I care to repeat. If anyone asks me for a reference it would be no do not eat there

The restaurant was very small and did not look like what we had expected. However, the food was out of this world! The sandwiches are to die for, and the salads are fantastic. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meals and plan on returning as it truly was exceptional. The owner was welcoming and interacted with us and the other diners throughout the meal.

No servers had to order at counter and then go back to counter to get meal. Ordered Ic tea they served in a container like what chip dip would come in and then we had to pour it into a cup that were about 4 to 6 oz size to drink it..

The first time we visited, the food was great and the experience was wonderful--the 2nd time we visited, the Parmesan dishes were very good but the Chicken Francese (sp?) was disappointing--it was watery and tasteless, not a lemony sauce at all. I'd ordered linguine and got rigatoni, ordered 2 desserts and got one. To top it off, we had taken friends there because we raved about the food from the first visit and one of our friends also ordered the Francese. You asked for comments so I'm being honest about our latest experience.

An indisputable gem. Tucked away in a corner of this very unimposing stripmall is a hole in the wall, pseudo pizza joint, featuring gourmet dining comparable to the finest upscale Italian fare. Paper plates, counter side do-it-yourself service, everflowing beer faucet,and 1/3 the price. Wonderful!
