They are creating something innovative & brave, Japanese fusion with the Italian flare of executive chef Cinzia Zolfanelli. Their goal is to use healthy ingredients and create flavorful food, much of which is made from scratch. Their year of experience is culminating at its natural conclusion and will meet at this apex for their inspired journey.
