The seven flavors in this combination are spicy while seventeen other flavors are non-spicy and give a mild taste. The most common ingredient i.e. jiao yan wei xing is a combination of roasted Sichuan pepper and salt. This combination is mostly used in all the Sichuan cuisine by our chefs.
